One thing to look out for in names is sometimes the wearers have too many characteristics alike. For instance if both have the same first
vowel in their names, both will have the strength of that vowel and may be either confrontational with each other or shy violets. Both attributes
can be hard to negotiate in a relationship. There are times when one partner has to lead and one has to follow or the relationship, although
intense, is doomed.
A prime example of this is the names Claude and Da Juana. They are a married couple that has been together for twenty-seven years. Though they
have had their ups-and-downs, excitement and curiosity has reigned in the relationship. Both have the letter “A” as the first vowel. Each person
has a very strong, adventurous personality. Da Juana may be seen as a little more adventurous than Claude but he brings more reserved adventure
to the relationship. And he brings stability with his “D” which they both share. The “D” in the number one position in Da Juana’s name makes her
more serious natured. Claude brings humor with his first positioned “C” which is something Da Juana values because of her more serious nature.
With both having the same first vowel, one person has to be willing to submit at one time or another to the other person. If not, the independent
“A” will certainly get enough and be off to look for other relationship fodder. Other aspects of the name create the need to be closer as
Claude’s “C” does because it makes him more family oriented. And he is brilliant enough to allow his wife to have her way on occasion in
order to keep peace in the house. They share a second position vowel “U,” which is sociable and also denotes a person that strives to do better
in material, emotional and physical ways. Always trying to succeed in their endeavors keeps the marriage crisp. Claude’s use of three vowels
insures that he will never be boring to Da Juana who craves action, is very creative and also a loner. Although these two people have some
similarities, they are opposite enough to keep both interested in the other.
Going to the past for a very well known relationship, lets look at King Henry VIII and his pregnant bride, Anne Boleyn. They really do make a
good case for names being too much alike. According to King Henry’s name, he is a person who is used to getting what he wants. Because the title
King is used in his name and is never said without it, it takes precedence. The first position “K” makes him a natural born parent. He feels the
need to tell everyone what to do. As I believe history showed, the king could also be a little cruel which was a negative trait of the good king,
“K,” but he thought he did it for the best of all his country. It was his duty to leave an heir to rule his country after he died and he tried
with all his might to make this happen.
Both the “H” and the numeral eight in his name gave him a need and fulfillment of material and worldly success. It also made him stubborn once
he decided he wanted something. With that being the first letter of his given name, anyone becoming involved with him had to be very wary of his
idiosyncrasies. But, as in the case of some women, they thought they could tame those little peculiarities and had to learn the hard way as Anne
did that they were just a small hindrance in his life scheme. Anne is adventuresome with her first positioned letter and first vowel, “A.” Her
last vowel, “E.” makes her clever, sexy and resilient. With this last vowel she thought that she could handle the mighty king.
Both Anne and Henry were of high sexual natures, adventuresome and even practical in their own ways. They were very much alike and both
thought that they could succeed at anything they wanted. The only problem with that was Anne didn’t realize that holding onto the king was very
much like holding onto a wriggling rattlesnake. It is a whole lot of work to stay away from the mouth when you are holding onto the tail.
